Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in their original shoe box or packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the shipping carton.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
